Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at alan@oldgrowth.bio with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Do not send your purchase back without an RMA number — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items that are returned damaged or not in original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at alan@oldgrowth.bio.

6. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
